I am working with BSA Troop 50 (Hereford, TX) and am trying to decorate their trailer and need some of the insignia in vector format. Can anyone out there help me? Know where I can find it? Have it and willing to share? I used to be a Scout, waaaayyyyyyyy back when and would really like to give them the best that I can, not a vectorized and re-drawn scan, you know? ANY help would be greatly apprciated by me AND by Troop 50! Thanks in Advance!!!

  1. Hello full_tilt_boogie:

Try http://clipart.usscouts.org/scoutart/BSA... for clipart. Some of these files are in .tif format, but none are scalable vector-based images.

BSA has recently toughened the use of its indicia, and you will need to get clearance from your local council prior to using any BSA logos or designs. It isn't difficult to get permission, but you do need to have the designs approved.

Other art is available at http://www.macscouter.com/Clipart/, and at http://clipart.usscouts.org/

    Keep on Scoutin'

  2. I am from BST 650 (Alexander, NY) and for our trailer, we have the Law on the front and on each side of the trailer, we have decals of the Troop and American flags on their respective sides with our little landmark Cobblestone Town Hall, the only three-story cobblestone town hall in all of the U.S. Sorry but I don't have a picture of it online. Hope this helps. If possible can you answer my question of how to save my Troop? Thanks.
