Does anyone know where I could get some lego children?

I call them lego children because they are just minifigs with shorter legs. I would like a pack of them but I don't know where I can get them. I would like them to have all body parts like the head, hair, torso, and legs. If you know a web site that is selling them, please put the direct link.

Find a lego lady and ask her to marry you - so you'll be building some lego children together.
