Have you tried www.boardgamegeek.com?  They seem to have information on almost any board game that ever existed.  Do you have a box that came with the game?  If so, you may find some contact information on the box and if you get in touch with the manufacturer they may be able to help you.  If all else fails, see if you can find one for sale on ebay, and contact the seller to find out about the instructions.
