Does anyone know where I would find out about British Immigration to the US in the Early 18th century? Thanks?

You need to know the colony where they settled. Most of the emigrants from that era are decently documented by the Historical Societies for the individual states. If you have a name, appx date of birth and spouse's name, we may be able to help you locate what you're looking for.
