Does anyone know where I would look to find out where child care centres can apply for funding?

  1. Your local Child Care Resource & Referal office should be able to help you with that as well as the local Child Care Association. If you don't know who these are or how to get into contact with them, call up your local Human Services Department and they can get you in contact with the person in charge of licensing in your area.


  2. In the UK, you need to contact your local county council and ask for the Early Years Childcare Partnership who offer funding and bursaries for persons wishing to train in childcare and early years and playwork.

  3. EOB-Equal oppurtunity Bureau, in all states.

  5. Contact your city or county commissioners and ask if there are local grants available.  Go to your state web site and see what grants are available.  Go to www.pueblo.gsa.gov/ for pamphlet listing federal grants available.  Good luck.
