7 years is a milestone!  I don't know where you are, but the larger cities have really great high end steakhouses that are good.  Black Angus is a good one, Hungry Hunter (in San Diego) is good.  Logans is a little more casual, but a good choice.  Check with your local chamber of commerce for suggestions if you are unsure in your area.  It really depends on where you are.

This is hard to answer because I don't know were you live and what your budget is.

For our 5th anniversary dinner we had a "Bush Dinner" in the Masai Mara Game Reserve.  Expensive but worth it

But Like it was suggested there are plenty of places you can go in your city.  Just match it to your tastes and budget and I am sure whatever you choose, as long as it is with you she will be happy.
