Does anyone know where and how can i learn to make games with computers?

you have to become a programmer first.

But you will still need to learn how to program.  There are many good tutorials on this site and a large community.  It's not easy programming games and you should not expect to make a commercial quality game on your own.  Games are made with large teams of programmers, musicians, artists etc.

The  easiest way is to do so by Java.  

If you know basic programming, Jave should be easy to write games with. However, if you know nothing about programming.  I would recommend reading java books, or taking Jave courses which is much better than reading by your self.
