Does anyone know where are the Kerrang Awards 2008 are being held?

I'm just wondering if anyone has an idea- I know it's at a 'top secret' place in London but has anyone heard any rumours about where it could be held? I'm wanting to go and show support to my fave band (Elliot Minor) who have been nominated for Best Newcomers.
