i am making a refillable filter but i need to buy the charcoal locally or around san francisco, bay area, please help

pet shop specializing in fish, it will be expensive for 60 lbs though on-line wholesalers want minimum purchase of 1000 lbs. if this is for oder control check a hydroponics / grow shop and get pre made also ebay stores have them real cheap try for somewhat local if your paranoid but that's not an item that raises flags if its sent ups.
