Go to http://us.lgservice.com & click on Product Support located at the top of the page. Scroll down & click on Device Driver. Select DVD&VIDEO&SET UP & Search. Scroll down & it should be there.

Are you sure that is the model number of the player?  I'm looking on LG and a few other places and it's nowhere to be found.

Check the model number again and resubmit.

I have a Toshiba HD-A30 and have it connected to my network in case I need firmware updates or want to access web-enabled content.  The other options I have are to call the manufacturer for a firmware update cd, use snail mail and get the cd that way or download the update off the web - burn it on a disk and install it that way.

I checked out the same link listed above and your player is not there.  So it either doesn't have any updates that it needs or it is the wrong model number.
