Does anyone know where charlott/b is at in NC. It showed up on my cell phone records.?

I think this area is somewhere in charlotte or around that area. I have did countless searches but can't find anything on it. Maybe the B stands for the business area of Charlotte. All I know is that it does exist because it is on my call records.
