If you're looking for original animé cds in manila the foremost distributor would be Comic Alley. It's found in most SM department stores. However, if it's live action movies or tv series type cds, you can order from your nearest cd/dvd distributor like Astrovision or Odyssey. You could also ask Comic Alley because they already have contacts in Japan. They might ask for a downpayment from you and delivery could be delayed for months but that's the only legit way to get them unless you know someone who commutes from Japan to Manila constantly.
