  1. World-wide answer:

A little economic lesson here, miss:

If you could have a three-star meal delivered to your door for free, all of the restaurants in town would go out of business. No one would pay for a meal.

If there was a 100% free background check site, the sites who charge for background checks would go out of business. No one would pay for a background check.

    USA Answer:

You might find him in www.zabasearch.com; it will give you address and phone number for free. One of the web-based telephone directories might have him. They are free.

If she has his SSN, the SSA will forward a letter to his last known address. It may be bad and he doesn't have to answer it. Write if you want details.

You might edit your question to put in a country. We can't tell which one you mean from our side.

  2. even if any record is public,  it's never totally free. i don't think you can find any TOTALLY FREE public records.so..............

  3. the only way to access records for free is the public library. at least the one near me they have an account with a leading web genealogy site that members of the library can acess for free I believe. all that is required is a library card. another way is if you know someone in the area that you are searching maybe you can get them to go to library or the clerks office or where ever and help with the search. the census does not help me at all, I don't know what information can be obtained from that. I" like you I too am trying to see if I can find someone for free. other than the mormon website there is none for free. sorry.

  4. For public records try http://www.crimcheck.com, they have an extensive public records section that you can use entirely for free, plus it's super easy to use too.

    Good Luck!
