Does anyone know where i can find a ACU Windbreaker not the field jacket or the gortex or the rain coat.?

USCavalry.com and/or ebay.  I've even seen some at Brigadequartermaster.com and Rangerjoe.com.

Or, do you live near a military base?  There are a lot of pawn shops that has them.

Finally, if you are military, you can go to AKO and "advertise" for one.  I guarantee someone has one that they want to get rid of

Sportsman's Guide has a cheap one. They run a little big so pick your size accordingly, and don't include the liner.
