I need a video camara for a project but I didn't want to spend alot of money buying 1. Where can I find a decent camara for low price. please include links prices and details about the camara if possible.

look on ebay for some secondhands

I like Goodwill stores, or similar reliable thrift marts. Goodwill usually has a tech on site to at least evaluate their electronics.
