Does anyone know where i can find listings for courier companys, that allow you to fly to different countrys?

im wanting a courier position to fly to cebu philippines because i have family there

Unfortunately the courier to fly service is very weak for that last decade. Shipping companies are much cheaper than paying someone to fly their parcel. You can look around but from what I have read its usually only company employees who do it now.

most airline companies have special rates (sometimes free) for their employees.  this special deal allows you to fly to any country/city where that airline goes.  try PAL.
