  1. Well i'm a sheetmetal worker by trade and have made many tool boxes, the only problem with what you want is, how are you going to fold the material to form the shape, laps for rivets to go into, safe edges, and so on.

    Click on the link below, i just took a picture of the one i made for my car, not an easy job if you don't have a folder.
