I don't think you'll be able to find one for free. I doubt you'll even find one at a yard sale, as people who believe in ouija boards and buy them wouldn't put them out to sell.

They're between $10-$20 at most retail and toy stores. If you really want one, you should try there.

You can make your own, if you can find a piece of wood to use (if you don't have one lying around, you'll need to pay for this either way).
