Does anyone know where i can get a prop made or even buy 1 from somewhere

i need a small bike for a sketch its got to small something smaller than a bike aimed at 0-4's .

A local magician's supplier's should be able to help. If you have trouble finding one then 'phone a local magician ( look under Children's Entertainers in the directory ) and ask where they get their stuff made.

(Rather important follow up - do you need to be able to ride it?)

Like the previous poster said check magic supply as well as juggling stores.    There are plenty of places on line doing these.
