Does anyone know where i can get a two bedroom apt in calgary NE,NW,SE,SW includes parking, heat, water for?

try craigslist.com/calgary (google the name to be sure) it should help you out.

Honestly, I'd be careful about 2 bedroom apartments listed under $1000.  A lot of them may seem reasonable, but it's because they're in a crappier part of the city.  Housing is pretty limited right now... I know the the King's Ally complex in braeside has 2-3 bedrooms, a balcony, etc., for under a thousand (last I checked), but I suspect there could be a waiting list.

I think you've covered all the bases as your criteria covers the entire city. I'm not a big fan of Craigs List as  find too many scummy ads on it. You're better off going to

www.kijiji.ca and click on Calgary

I found a couple of 2 bdrm units listed there - one by the Marda Loop for $800 and another in McKenzie Town for $1000. (These I believe are in private homes.) It's a site you need to check on frequently as the ads appear hourly.

You can also post a FREE ad looking for an apartment on it which might be an alternative route for you to take.

The next site lists 12 two bedroom apartments in the $900 - $1000 range. It has an interactive map showing you where they are located. You can also fill in the criteria to find others in your price range. At least with the interactive map you can see the areas they are located in. It also has pictures for you to check out so you can form your own opinion before calling them.

a few years ago rent was cheap in bowness. using the bus for transportation at that time was rough(one every hour or so to North hill mall) and then the C-train. but the neighbourhood was quiet (regardless of what the reputation was and probably still is)
