Does anyone know where i can get the licence plate that is black with the red reflective stripe?

im a firefighter and a few of the other guys in the department have them, The place they bought them from was a local business but hurricane Katrina took the business out and it never re-opened

Go to your DMV brainchild.  It's obviously a special plate only offered to firefighters.
