Does anyone know where i can trace my ancestors for free?

turns out my great grandfather x7 used to own stone mountain but he got framed for murder and had to sell it and im tryin to trace him lol

    You can post a query and hope someone doing the same research will answer.

    I've found several distant cousins thru rootsweb, who have helped me track down info.

    familysearch.org is free, but you have to maintain your tree on a CD, they will not store it for you online.

    familysearch has some great forms you can print, for free, to keep track of info.
