to be honest-no not in america death note is a japeense magna and they dont really sell thier merchendise in the USA.

The internet is the only way to get one in america.

if u dont like buying them offline because youre afraid you'll get scammed-ask around on the site for trusted online shops. Thats what i did to find a site for my yugioh cards. The site I used for my cards is toadandtroll.com and it is trustworthy and it might have a deqath note notebook.
