Does anyone know where i could buy a ukulele?

Question

Does anyone know a store i can buy a ukulele in either EASTRIDGE or OAKRIDGE mall? (In San Jose, CA)

If so, please list the stores and the prices.

I think theres a store in Eastridge called Sun Jose Hawaii that sells it, but i dont know the price, so also if anyone knows the price?

Andd also, are ukuleles easy to play?

I really wanna learn how to play 'Forgetful Lucy'

Didn't check the sites for their prices.  But from personal experience I'd start with a Lanikai nato wood concert LU-21C.  It'll run you around $80.  But is good quality and sound. http://www.musiciansfriend.com/navigatio... is a good site with prices.

You can buy cheaper ones that are good for starting at http://www.empire-music.com/us/english/u...  I have a blue soprano, to knock around with, and a triumph.  Good learners but not much for projection.

Easy to learn and play?  Almost as easy as a Kazoo.  They're more fun too.  The most portable string instrument I know of.  And they bring smiles wherever you go.  Check for free lessons at Youtube or search lessons.

As a beginner get a ukuelele with geared tuners....like you see on a guitar.   It'll make tuning a lot easier.

And see if there's a ukulele club in your area.  http://www.ukuleleclubs.com/  Lot's of fun playing with others and they'll be happy to share their knowledge.

Hi there

Any decent music store would carry Ukeleles. I find it out that you cannot find any. Go on ebay and order one . They are not expensive.

Ukelele ar enot hard to play and they start at $20 and up.
