I have about three slabs of 200 year old chestnut and I don't know where i could sell it. I know it's great for antiques!!! The boards are about 3 feet by 9 feet and approximately 3 inches thick. So any ideas on where to sell it would be great. Thanks

  1. Talk to custom cabinet and furniture makers.  Chestnut is so rare it can be worth lots of money.  If you put it on E-bay make sure to set a high reserve price.  I would try to sell it locally.  The price to ship something like that would be astronomical.

  2. ebay, any local flea market, or any craftsman/woodworker will buy it.  I'd research the $$$ a little though. Some old wood can bring a lot of cash
