Does anyone know where is the Christmas in July party in the islands. I dont know if it is in the USVI or BVI?

Like we need ANOTHER reason to party down here!

Each island has its own Carnival, celebrates all of the national holidays, plus a plethora of locally recognized holidays such as transfer day and hurricane supplication day.

Ive been to both the BVI , Tortola and Virgin Gorda and USVI St thomas and St John in July (and will be there again this July) but have never heard of this.  I have not been to St Croix so maybe its there.  July 4th is carnival on St John but thats as far as I know...sorry.
