Does anyone know where my star icon 4 favorites is supposed to be?

= in internet explorer =i was moving things around in my computer and accidently got it where i cant pull up my "bookmarked" internet locations i can find my favs only in file form-where do i move the file back to in order to pull them up as they were on my IE yahoo tool-bar?

the directory is C:\Documents and Settings\(username) and the icon location is inside %SystemRoot%\system32\SHELL32.dll
