Does anyone know where or how you can find a job in charlotte nc with a felony???

I work hard, i am willing to do any type of work. Ive been trying so hard to find a job and I do good in a interview but after the background check its over for me. PLEASE HELP i have 2 kids I take care of them emotionally, mentally in every way accept like i should fianancally and i really want to.

You have to look for painting jobs-construction.My son got painting job and they don't check you out. then he got a bunch of side jobs talking to neighbors of people he worked for. I sympathize with you and wish you the best of luck.Any thing you like to do landscaping yard work Painting makes a lot of money. Handy man they don't check you out either.It will have to be these kind of jobs til your record clears up.we have a friend who does any handyman job there is and makes good money.
