Does anyone know where "El Rancho de Nuevo Orleans" in San Luis Potosi Mexico is? Looking for my grandmother

I am trying to find where my grandmother Cliseria Castro was born. She was born in El Rancho de Nuevo Orleans, San Luis Potosi Mexico. Parents: Juana Herber & Cenovio Castro. When her parents died she was very young and was sent to live with relatives; Antonio & Juana De Los Santos. My mom would like to go to her mothers home town. I am trying to make my moms wish come true. My grandma had a sister named Sofia Castro & brother Maximiliano Castro. At times, this seems very difficult since we have never been to San Luis Potosi Mexico. Please help with any information. Thanks!
