Social workers probably have the most awful job in the world.

They are 'needed' like a dose of flu........by those that need them. And thats why their job sucks.

There's no "most needed" place for social work. Every city or town, around the world, needs social workers - desperately. I think it's better to decide on an area first...... your own community, an out-of-town center, an out-of-state center, or maybe you'd like to go global - Africa, Asia, Middle East. So many communities need your help.

Most urgent right now is in China & Burma.

Just about every State needs them, check online type in social workers, or where social workers are needed and see if it will pop up. then most likely you can fill out an Ap. online and each state can see your ap. You never know you just might find a job that way. Good Luck.
