The questioner is not being racist.  The All Blacks is the name of the New Zealand Rugby Union team.

As for where they are staying, I cannot tell you, for security reasons, plus I do not know :).  You could possibly get in touch with the New Zealand Rugby, and try your luck in getting the information from them.  They may also not tell you for security reasons.
