Does anyone know where the embassy for Sudan is in Canada?

I know theres an embassy in Ottawa, but I live in Toronto and I was wondering if there is a local Sudan embassy, Im trying to apply for a visa

Sudan is not a rich nation. Try taking the VIA train to Ottawa. It is not that far.

or you can rent a car and drive to ottawa.
