Does anyone know where the huge waterfalls near Quebec city are exactly?

How do I get there from Quebec city? What are they called? I was there about 10 years ago (and was only 10 at the time) and can't recall but I'd really like to go back. Also if anyone has recommendations for a nice hotel for couples, it'd be much appreciated.
