The Southern Model Airshow in Kent is one of the biggest and is an annual event. See http://www.southernmodelairshow.co.uk/ . If you are talking about "Remote Pilotless Vehicles" (RPV's) used by the military, then Farnborough is the place, one of the worlds largest airshows.
