The Royal Mail delivery office is on North Road (not North Street), which is just off Queens Road (the road you are on as you come out of the main Brighton Station).

The 'sorting office' for Brighton is actually in Crawley, near Gatwick airport.  But I'm guessing you actually don't want that?

The delivery office is where you can collect items that have been saved for you, collect PO box mail, take advantage of a late collection, etc.

Can you not look in your telephone directory or ring 118118, ask for the number, ring them and ask them themselves. That would be the sensible thing to do.
