Does anyone know where there is parking very near to Paddington Railway Station.?

We have to pick up an elderly relative from the train .Also coming into London what do we do about the congestion charge.

Nearest parking is about 300 yds away at either The Water Gardens on the Edgware Road or Queens Gardens: It may be better if you could drop someone off to collect your relative & then pick them back up.
