My friend wanted to know where it was from so I googled it but nothing helpful came up. I think it might be from a movie but Im not sure.

It's from Teen Girl Squad on homestarrunner.com!  I love those toons!  Go to homestarrunner.com and click on 'toons' over to the bottom left of the welcome box and on the remote it's "Teen Girl Squad" and it's "issue #4"!
