Does anyone know where to buy a syringe-type water gun/toy?

Question

I have seen people using a water toy that looks like a 3 foot long tube with a handle on one end. You dip the tip into a bucket of water, pull the handle backward to fill the tube with water, remove it from the bucket, and empty the tube onto your opponent. Does anyone know what this is called or where I can buy one?

We found ours at Toys R' Us (sorry, I can't remember the name of it, maybe Water Blaster?).  I've also seen them at some of the Marinas.  They're a bit more expensive, though.  If you explain what you're looking for, they can help you out.
