Does anyone know where to buy old time classic movies?

When we were young we would spend Saturday morning watching wonderful movies like "Henry (and Dizzye)Aldrich" and Blondie. I would love to get some copies for my sister soon to be 50 years old to spend a Saturday morning watching these old movies and laughing. Any idea where to purchase? I google Henry Aldrich and Dizzy but cannot get a company with them. Blondie is easier but need Henry Aldrich. Any ideas?

You might want to try TCM.com. Turner Classic shows all of these movies, so they might have it. Good luck!

i love classics! i grew up on them (i'm only a 20 something). :-) since most classics are so old, they are in the public domain, meaning copyrights etc have expired, so you can legally download them off the internet and keep for your own collection. but some rights to some movies were renewed (think wizard of oz & disney faves), so be careful. you can do a google seach for movies on public domain quite easily and quickly. you cannot sell or make money of them, but for personal use it's legal.

another option i've recently discovered, my cable company offers movies on demand and they have a whole section devoted to classics. these are great and i've spent many an evening catching up on old school drama. if you have cable you should check into this.

and last option would be buying them online via ebay or similar. if you're a member of ebay, i compiled a quick search at the link below, you can click to view the movies i found.
