Does anyone know where to find EW twilight cover WITHOUT the words, or the cover someone redid?

so just like a pic of the cover, without all the "blag blab" on it.

also, one time i was searching around and came across "someone redid the cover" and thy had like changed the hair, color, and everything. so if anyone knows where that is, linnk it!
