Does anyone know where to find a 5300 BTU window ac unit with an eer rating of at least 10?

I am short on money and i need a window ac that won't boost my electric bill. Does anyone know where I can find one for under $125 or close? Thank you so much for any help at all

There is no air conditioner made that won't boost your electric bill, and window shakers are nearly the worst. The only units that will boost your electric bill worse are the portable units.

You can pick one up at Lowe's for under $100.00.

Walmart, Sears, Lowes. Home Depot, .........Should be about $80 or less. Home Depot had them last fall for $67 each.
