Does anyone know where to find cheap wedding decorations in bulk or wholesale?

Getting married in october/november of 2009 fall wedding. Our budget is $5000.

Locally we have a Flower Factory, they pretty much beat any local store and they generally have mass quantities, which is great for party planning. You can also shop them online! btw Congrats!
