Does anyone know where to find free patterns for cloth dolls...?

I've been trying to make cloth dolls but so far I can't find any patterns. If you know of any please help...

and also joann fabrics has a sale on patterns from 99 cents to 1.99 and you can get a lot of patterns for under 10 dollars
