At home:

Take one carton Chicken broth and cook two chicken beasts (no bone } in it with one cup Rice of your choice for 30 minutes. Add 1 pared carrot, two medium Roma tomatoes...chopped... i Garlic clove, crushed,  1 --3 inch piece celery, cook together until soft.   Add 1 can Black beans and warm....

Chop 1 tomato, 1 small onion and 1 CUP Cilantro...add to mix and  put in chopped cooked chicken or beef or soft dog... and warm through...

Serve with  Fried tortillas. and Fresh Lime juice.
