Does anyone know where to find organic food in Central and South America?

We will be travelling in Costa Rica as well as other spots and would appreciate any and all leads. So far, we are aware of some organic farms.

In Argentina you will find an organic restaurant: Hare Krishna in recoleta area. In Peru you will find Bircher Brenner restaurant in Miraflores. Both grow their own organic food and cook it there.

I found some information for some organic coffee in Guatemala on the Internet. I'm sure it will be more common there than America to find genuine organic foods! Good luck!
