Does anyone know where to find picture hanging removable putty?

Question

I used to know a lady who used this removable putty to hang pictures it would scrub off the walls with soap and water I don't know the name or where to look for it and I just moved into a new place and don't want to leave holes on the walls the only thing I remember is someone calling it plasta tac but I don't believe it was the product name so if anyone knows or knows any alternative means of hanging a picture without putting a hole in the wall please let me know thank you
