Here's what I use:

they're all free, and phonezoo will even send the ringtone to you.

I use phonezoo.com.  There are many general ringtones that you can text to your phone.  If you want music ringtones from here you have to upload a song from your computer and choose the clip of the song for a ringtone.  Then you can send it to your phone.
