Does anyone know where to get a good, cheap cubby house for the kids? [Australians please]

Hi All, a friend of mine is looking everywhere for a descent sized cubby house for her two young daughters. She would prefer plastic as they seem to be a h**l of a lot cheaper, but timber would be great also.

Does anyone know where you can get them really cheap? Or even how to make one really cheap? She's tried everywhere she can think of.

The local newspapers are a good place to look.

She should put a 'wanted to buy' advert in.

She could begin by looking in the newspaper or on the internet as many parents will be selling ones that there kids have out grown.Or at the pin boards at local supermarkets that would have people selling them.

She could also go to her local hardware store were they have alot of free brouchours and books for sale about making diffrent wooden things.If you all felt confident enough to build one tho lol.Or maybe pay some one to build one.

some people make wooden items at there home to and becasue it dosn't go threw a manufactuer then a wholesaler then a retailier it won't have that much of a heafy price tag.

Choose your own cubby.

It depends on what you want, where you want it, when you want it, how you want it. It all comes down to making your own decisions
