Does anyone know where to get plain white decorative string lights for teen bedroom?

I am looking from some plain (but decorative) white string lights to go all the way around my sister's bedroom. I've looked just about every where and have been looking for months. Hopefully someone can help!

Any home decorating or building supply store will carry stringed lights. There are also rope lights that your sister may like just as well- see:

It will be more cost effective to get the longest string possible vs a number connected together and will also look better without the connections. If you use the rope you can get creative. You don't have to keep it in a straight line. Be brave - arc it into the center of the room on the ceiling for visual interest.

Your parents don't have any in with their Christmas stuff you can borrow for a few months?

Once the holiday season hits, you can find all kinds of different shapes of bulbs, lengths of strings, different blinking and running patterns, everything!

If you can't wait until then, call craft stores in your area (like Michaels, or even some JoAnne Fabrics & Crafts carry lines of Christmas stuff year round).
