Does anyone know where to get very cheap rc good planes?

Go to www.raidentech.com. They are a direct importer of RC stuff and sell it way below retail.  A second site is www.nitroplanes.com  also an importer that sells a low prices.

Yes, contact (and join) a local RC club, tell them you want to get into RC flying but don't have much money, and ask if somebody in the club might have a good used plane for sale. I guarantee this is the best route to take, because you'll also make friends and they'll be happy to mentor you, especially the older ones. Doing it on your own can be extremely frustrating and disappointing. Trust me on this. Been there, done that.
